Personalize this fouta with the message of your choice. It will be embroidered with the greatest care in our workshop based in France. Your text, up to a maximum of 20 characters, will be embroidered in the lower white band with tone-on-tone thread in the same color as the fouta. Embroidered foutas take an additional 48 hours to ship.

What delivery methods do you offer?
- 24H Chronopost delivery (orders placed before 12 noon)
- 48-72H home delivery via Colissimo or GLS
- 48-72H home delivery with signature via Colissimo
- 48-72H delivery to Mondial Relay collection points
When will you ship my order?
- The same day if you place your order before 12 noon from Monday to Friday.
- Next day for orders placed after 12 noon.
- From Monday for orders placed between Friday 12pm and Monday 12pm.
- If you place an order on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
For personalized foutas, please add 48 to 72 hours to these delivery times.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from BY FOUTAS, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, in its original, new and unwashed packaging. We will exchange or refund your product within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return.
Can I return a personalized product with embroidery?
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend that you check your order carefully before confirming it. Rest assured! We'll call you to check your personalization together.
How do I care for my fouta?
We recommend that you wash your fouta before using it for the first time, and that you wash at 30° and air-dry to preserve the fibers and bangs.
Your fouta will become softer and more absorbent with each wash.
Whatever the color, BY FOUTAS foutas don't bleed, so you can mix them with your household linen or clothing.
