What delivery methods do you offer?
- 24-hour Chronopost delivery (order placed before 12 PM)
- Home delivery in 48-72 hours via Colissimo or GLS
- Home delivery in 48-72 hours with signature via Colissimo
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point in 48-72 hours
When will you ship my order?
- Get it the same day if you order before 12 PM, Monday to Friday.
- The next day for orders placed after 12 PM.
- Starting Monday for orders placed between Friday 12 PM and Monday 12 PM.
- If you placed an order on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
For custom foutas, please add 48 to 72 hours to these shipping times.
Do you accept returns?
If you're not happy with a product you bought from BY FOUTAS, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order, in its original packaging, new and unwashed. We'll exchange or refund your product within 14 days after we get it back and check it.
Can I return a product customized with embroidery?
Sorry, but personalized products can't be returned or exchanged. We really recommend double-checking your order before you confirm it. Don't worry though! We'll give you a call to go over your personalization together.
How to care for my fouta?
We recommend washing your fouta before its first use, and opting for 30° washes with air drying to keep its fibers and fringes in good shape.
Your fouta will get softer and more absorbent with every wash.
No matter the colors, BY FOUTAS foutas won't fade, so you can mix them with your home linen or clothing.
