When will my order be shipped?
- Get it the same day if you order before 12 PM, Monday to Friday.
- The next day for orders placed after 12 PM.
- Starting Monday for orders placed between Friday 12 PM and Monday 12 PM.
- If you placed an order on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
What are your prices and delivery methods?
- Standard Home Delivery - 72H: 3,90€
- Pick-up Point Delivery - 72H: 3,90 €
- Home delivery with signature - 72 hours: €5.90
- Express Delivery D+1: 15 €
Do you accept returns?
Not completely happy with a BY FOUTAS product? No worries! You can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order, just make sure it's in its original packaging, new, and unwashed. We'll check your return and then process an exchange or refund for your product.

Can I return a product customized with embroidery?
Just so you know, personalized products can't be returned or exchanged. So, please double-check your order carefully before you confirm it. We always give you a call when you order a personalized item, just to be sure!

I made a mistake with my order (delivery address, product), what should I do?
Contact us within 30 minutes of your order so we can modify it before shipping.
How can I track my order?
After you've confirmed and paid for your order, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to track it.
You'll get a second email with a package tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible!

All about BY FOUTAS products
What's the origin of your brand's foutas and other products?
Our products are designed in a family cooperative in Lamta Village, Tunisia.
Why do you talk about ethical and artisanal production?
Our foutas are woven with recycled cotton threads and are free from harmful substances. The threads are GRS and OEKO-TEX certified.
The fringes on our foutas are hand-knotted by craftswomen who work from home, providing valuable support for their families.
So, by buying a BY FOUTAS fouta, you're supporting a fair trade and eco-responsible approach.
How to care for my foutas?
Wash your fouta at 30°C before its first use. It won't bleed color, so feel free to mix it with your other laundry.
After that, we recommend washing it at 30°C and letting it air dry. This will help keep its handmade fringes looking perfect.
Your fouta will get softer and more absorbent with every wash.
How are the products packaged?
Concerned about our environmental impact, we ship your products in recycled and recyclable packaging.
Fouta Personalization
Can I customize a BY FOUTAS fouta?
You can get some fouta models sold on our site embroidered! Cécile, our embroiderer, will take care of your personalization from her workshop in France.
We offer 3 embroidery fonts, with a maximum of 20 characters and no emojis or special characters.
Personalization costs 15€ per embroidered fouta, and you can expect to receive it in 5 to 6 business days.
What kind of text can I embroider on my fouta?
You can personalize your fouta with text using the Latin alphabet (maximum 20 characters), no emojis or special characters, please!
The CAPITAL font doesn't include accents.
Where will the embroidery be placed on my fouta?
It depends on the fouta model you'd like to personalize:
- Centered in the white band at the bottom of the fouta for classic models.
- centered in the colored band at the bottom of the fouta for Chevron models and Terry lined Foutas.
- centered in the lower part of the fouta, about 30 cm from the bottom for the plain Terry lined model.
What's the size of the embroidery?
The embroidery height varies between 2.5cm and 4cm, depending on the fouta style, the font you pick, and how long your message is.
