When will my order be shipped?
- The same day if you place your order before 12 noon from Monday to Friday.
- Next day for orders placed after 12 noon.
- From Monday for orders placed between Friday 12pm and Monday 12pm.
- If you place an order on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
What are your prices and delivery methods?

Do you accept returns?
Not satisfied with a BY FOUTAS product? You can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, in its original, new and unwashed packaging. We will check your return and then exchange or refund your product.

Can I return a personalized product with embroidery?
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your order carefully before confirming it. We always contact you by phone when you order a personalized product.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us via the customer service form.
I made a mistake when ordering (delivery address, product). What should I do?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order so that we can modify it before shipment.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once you have validated and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to track your order.
You will receive a second e-mail with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the origin of your brand's foutas and other products?
Our products are made in Tunisia in a family cooperative in the Village of Lamta.
Why are you talking about ethical, artisanal production?
The foutas are woven with recycled cotton yarns free from harmful substances. The yarns are GRS and OEKO-TEX certified.
The fouta bangs are hand-knotted by craftswomen who work from home, supporting their households.
When you buy a BY FOUTAS fouta, you're supporting a fair trade and eco-responsible approach.
How do I maintain my foutas?
Wash your fouta at 30° before first use. It won't fade, and you can mix it with your laundry.
Afterwards, wash at 30° and air-dry. This will preserve the handcrafted bangs.
Your fouta will become softer and more absorbent with each wash.
How are products packaged?
Concerned about our ecological footprint, we ship your products in recycled and recyclable packaging.
Can I customize a BY FOUTAS fouta?
You can have some of the fouta models sold on our site embroidered. Cécile, our embroiderer, will take care of your personalization from her workshop in France.
3 embroidery fonts for up to 20 characters, without emojis or special characters.
Customization costs €15 per embroidered fouta, and takes 5 to 6 working days to arrive.
What kind of text can I embroider on my fouta?
You can personalize your fouta with text using the Latin alphabet (maximum 20 characters), without emoticons or special characters.
The UPPER case font has no accents.
Where will the embroidery be placed on my fouta?
It depends on the fouta model you want to customize:
- Centered in the white band at the bottom of the fouta for classic models.
- centered in the colored band at the bottom of the fouta for Chevrons and terry-lined foutas.
- centered in the lower part of the fouta, about 30 cm from the bottom of the fouta for the plain terrycloth-lined model.
What size is the embroidery?
The height of the embroidery varies between 2.5cm and 4cm, depending on the fouta model, the font chosen and the length of the message.
