Instagram contest rules BY FOUTAS Paris

ARTICLE 1: GAME ORGANIZATION

The company BY FOUTAS Paris, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 834 777 666, whose registered office is located at 62 rue Louis Blanc 69006 Lyon, is organizing a free contest with no obligation to purchase entitled "Jeu-Concours Instagram BY FOUTAS Paris" from July 04, 2024 to July 31, 2024 inclusive.

ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The competition is open to all natural persons of legal age residing throughout the world, with the exception of members of the organizing company's staff and their families, as well as any person involved in the preparation of the competition.

Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules in their entirety, of the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (netiquette, charter of good conduct, etc.) and of the laws and regulations in force on French territory.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To take part in the competition, each participant must :

  1. Like the Instagram post dedicated to the contest on the @by_foutas account.
  2. Follow the Instagram accounts @by_foutas and @mathilda.dst.
  3. Quote 5 friends in a comment under the contest post.
  4. Candidates can increase their chances by sharing the job on their own account.

ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The draw will take place on August 1, 2024 from all entries that comply with the conditions of participation set out in article 3. The draw will designate one (1) main winner.

The main winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram. If the main winner does not come forward within seven (7) days of this message being sent, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize and a new draw will be held to designate another winner.

ARTICLE 5: PRIZES

The main winner will receive a Panama hat worth 3489€. The five (5) friends mentioned in the main winner's comment will each receive an XXL fouta worth 55€.

Prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes with prizes of an equivalent nature and value, in the event of force majeure or unavailability of the advertised prizes.

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY OF PRIZES

The prizes will be sent to the winners by post to the address they have provided within thirty (30) days of confirmation of their win.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

The organizing company cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control disrupting the organization and management of the contest.

The organizing company cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage to mail or illegibility of postmarks due to postal services. Nor can the organizing company be held responsible, and no recourse may be taken against it, in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) partially or totally depriving participants of the opportunity to take part in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of his or her prize.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with this competition are processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. In accordance with article 27 of this law, all participants in the competition have the right to access or rectify data concerning them.

ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be sent in writing within thirty (30) days of the closing date of the game to the address of the headquarters of the organizing company.

ARTICLE 10: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 11: MODIFICATION OF THE RULES

The organizing company reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the game without prior notice and without liability.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present rules are subject to French law. Any dispute arising in connection with this contest and which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
