Have you received your fouta towel but the model or the color do not please you? You have fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your purchase to us for reimbursement if it is not suitable.
The return is made at the risk of the Customer. The affected product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new and unwashed .
Return costs are free in Metropolitan France and at the customer's expense for the rest of the world.

If these conditions are not respected then BY FOUTAS not be able to refund or exchange the product (s) concerned.
Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a confirmation email. Your credit or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return on the account associated with the credit card used for payment or on the Paypal account used for payment.
In the case of an exchange upon receipt and control of the returned product, we trigger the dispatch of the replacement product.
EMBROIDERED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Given the unique and personalized nature of the personalized/embroidered item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
