Shipping Policy
Shipping time
After payment, your orders are processed and prepared by our logistics team before being entrusted to the carriers of your choice.
Whatever the country of delivery, orders placed on our e-shop are processed within the following timeframes:
- For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00, the package is shipped the same day
- For orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00, the package will be shipped the next day
- For orders placed from Friday from 13H until Sunday 00H, the package will be shipped the following Monday
- For orders placed on public holidays, the package will be shipped the next business day
- For embroidered products, you must add 48H to 72H to the standard shipping time
These lead times may be extended during periods of high sales activity when we are faced with a large number of orders.
Delivery methods, times and rates
We entrust our shipments to GLS, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost and UPS. The times presented are the responsibility of the carriers and in no case of the company BY FOUTAS which can not substitute for them.
Delivery in France, Belgium, Andorra and Monaco
- in a relay point via Mondial Relay in 48 to 72 hours: offered
- standard home delivery within 3 working days via GLS or Colissimo : 3,90€ TTC, offered from 39€ of purchase
- at home with signature via Colissimo within 3 working days : 5,90
- express delivery D+1 at home before 6pm via Chronopost (if order before 12pm) : 10€ TTC
Delivery in European Union
- standard home delivery within 3 to 5 working days: 4,90€ TTC, offered from 49€ of purchase
- in a relay point via Mondial Relay (if available in the country) within 3 working days: 3,90€, offered from 49€ of purchase
- express at home in 2 days via Chronospost : 12€ TTC
Delivery in Switzerland
- standard home delivery within 3 working days: 6,90€ TTC, offered from 59€ of purchase
- express D+1 at home before 6pm (if order before 12pm) via Chronospost : 18€ HT
- customs fees may be applied from an order value of 65CHF
Delivery in the UK
- standard home delivery within 5 working days : 12€ TTC
- customs fees may apply
Delivery in the DOM-TOM and the rest of the world
- standard delivery in 3 to 7 working days: 12€ HT, offered from 300€ of purchase
- customs fees may be applied, depending on the country, upon receipt of the order
At the end of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package online.
